The Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Institute, held in Puerto Penasco last week, was an outstanding course! The material was extremely interesting, and the instructor, Aida Turbow, was EXCELLENT! My brain is bursting with ideas! Part of the success of our course was the cross section of students, many smart people from all over Mexico and several states in USA. Kudos to the Mexican students, every single one of whom spoke English. I learned that other parts of Mexico are abuzz about Puerto Penasco. Watch out...our beautiful seaside city is finally on the map, and there will be no stopping us! Between retirees coming from the USA for the great weather and lower cost of living, and inland Mexicans coming for the beaches and the investment opportunities, we expect to be very busy! The CIPS Institute came at just the right time.

El Pinacate National Biosphere Reserve is an International Biosphere Reserve and a Mexican National Monument.
